Outside
Behind the house is a private garden area and patio. The garden can be accessed from the house via the front door and a path outside for wheelchair users. The path has 1:5 gradient with a 90 degree bend and is 1070mm wide. A flat path then takes you alongside the house to the patio and conservatory. This path is 850mm wide.

There is also a patio at the front of the house. This is accessible for wheelchair users via the front door.

There is parking outside the property for 2 cars. There is paving on the gravel area to allow for easy wheelchair maneuverability.

The owner lives on site in a separate property. Redlands has a private garden so you can enjoy peace and tranquillity during your stay.
